We are pleased to announce the launch of Ethereum.org’s extensive translation program, translating websites and other resources into over 15 languages.
Ethereum is a global project, and it’s important that Ethereum.org reflects our global community. Since the website relaunch, our team has prioritized organizing a translation program to ensure Ethereum resources are accessible to everyone, regardless of nationality or language.
Today, we are pleased to publish our first complete translation – the Korean version of our website. Currently available at: ethereum.org/ko. In the coming weeks, our program will expand with an initial focus on completing translations in Simplified Chinese, Japanese, Russian, German, and Italian. This initial set of languages was chosen based on search volume for Ethereum and related terms, as well as traffic to Ethereum-related websites.
This effort will initially focus on translating Ethereum.org, but over time will expand to include translating important community resources such as documentation, guides, and blog posts.
The translation program will be a combination of volunteer-led translations, project management by the Ethereum Foundation team, and professional translation services needed to fill gaps and provide audits.
