In separate talks, the QC Chairman and the Chief of Staff of the People’s Armed Forces discussed measures to strengthen cooperation between the two countries’ private sectors in the industrial field.

The Algerian Minister, in turn, urged Qatari businessmen to invest in industrial projects in Algeria, stressing the importance of cooperation between the two countries in establishing a partnership that will benefit the economies of both brotherly nations. did.
Meanwhile, the QC Chairman and Minister of Trade and Export Promotion of Algeria considered ways to strengthen trade cooperation between the two countries and emphasized the role of the private sector in stimulating mutual investment and increasing the level of trade exchanges.
The QC Chairman and Governor of the Bank of Algeria focused on strengthening cooperation between the two countries in the financial, banking and insurance sectors.
On this occasion, the QC Chairman praised the close ties between Qatar and Algeria as directed by the wise leaders of both countries, noting their cooperation in various fields, especially in the commercial and investment fields.
He emphasized that Qatari business owners are keen to explore opportunities in Algeria, especially in the industrial sector. He also stressed that the Qatar Chamber of Commerce and Industry is keen to strengthen relations with the Algerian side by forging commercial alliances and partnerships, whether in Qatar or Algeria.
He said the trade value between the two countries reached Rs 297 million last year, representing an increase of 36% compared to Rs 218 million in 2022.
