The planning and zoning team has approved a new shopping center to be built on this property that I am standing on. This is in front of the TANGER outlet next to APPLEBESS. A member of the development team from Savannah’s company was here today and told me they’re adding parking and they’re looking for a space the same size as Apple Beth, maybe a little bigger.
