Police say former Dolphins and Colts cornerback Vontae Davis was found dead in a South Florida mansion. The two-time Pro Bowler was 35 years old.
Fort Lauderdale police discovered Davis’ body in the $3.6 million mansion Monday morning after an assistant called 911. There is no suspicion of foul play.
“We are saddened by the sudden passing of former Dolphins CB Vontae Davis and extend our deepest condolences to his family and loved ones during this difficult time,” the Dolphins wrote. in a statement on social media.
Davis played three seasons with Miami and was traded to Indianapolis just before the 2012 season.he became famous I retired During halftime of the last game against the Colts.
