As much as I would love to spend every day of my life soaking up the sun on the beaches of St. Barthélemy, my work schedule and budget make it just not realistic. But I feel You can feel like you’re there, even if it’s just a long flight from LA. When I need a pick-me-up or want to feel like I’m on a tropical vacation without leaving my apartment, I pick up something from Ouai’s fabulous St. Barts collection.
Trust me, if you haven’t smelled anything from this collection, you need to change your mind right now. The scent alone instantly transports you to a tropical paradise, but it also helps that every product in the collection, from hair care to body care, is excellent. This is my ode to the collection. This is the newest addition to the St. Bart’s collection and it’s so good! My hair is dry and coarse and I always need a little extra moisture, which is great because this oil has a delicious tropical scent. The flax oil, borage oil and galangal root extract in this formula help protect against humidity and heat while fighting damage.

St. Bart’s Gentle Body Wash
This body wash is what got me hooked on the collection. I opened it in the shower and fell in love at first sight. It’s packed with moisturizing oils like rosehip, jojoba, and castor oil, and also contains skin brightening ingredients like vitamin C and vitamin A.

St. Bart’s Cleansing Scalp & Body Sugar Scrub
For a gentle (yet powerful!) exfoliation, I use this scalp and body scrub. I don’t usually use scalp scrubs, but this is one of my few s. The sugar crystals gently polish and improve microcirculation, and the coconut oil in it is super moisturizing, so it doesn’t leave skin feeling tight or dry.

For the final touch to your body care routine, apply this freshly scented body cream, which is luxuriously moisturizing with cupuacu butter, squalane and coconut oil, leaving skin feeling hydrated for hours.

What I really hope is that Ouai will release a St. Barts fragrance (aargh), but in the meantime, this hair and body mist is the next best thing. I love to spritz this on in the morning before work, but I also take it with me on vacation to get into full-on OOO mode.

A beautifully balanced body butter
This Isle of Paradise Body Butter smells amazing and is one of the most moisturizing body creams I have ever used. It contains the main ingredients cica and panthenol, which help soothe irritated, red, and irritated skin.

Exotic Pulp Serum Body Wash
Saltair has a lot of great scented body washes, but Exotic Pulp has a juicy orange and guava scent that I never tire of.

Vacation Eau de Toilette
I am obsessed with this fragrance from Vacation, it is the signature scent of the brand and of course with a mix of notes like coconut milk, solar musk, pineapple and petitgrain, you can imagine why I included this fragrance on my list of tropical scents.

Solar Powered Eau de Parfum
This fragrance isn’t exactly tropical, but to me it smells like a sunny vacation in a bottle. It has summery notes of jasmine, red mandarin, neroli, orange flower and solar musk.
