andre rue‘s Jewels of Romance has climbed the charts from No. 6 to the top spot, perhaps unsurprisingly in the month of Valentine’s Day.of vienna philharmonic orchestra New Year’s Concert 2024 with Christian Thielemann moved up from 9th place to 2nd place.
Bruce Liu‘s Waves returned to the top 10 in second place. 9 cases, up from 11 cases last week.
Newly ranked in the top 10 are: james newton howardnight after night. American composer, music producer, and keyboardist James Newton Howard wrote the music for over 100 films, nine of which were nominated for Academy Awards. He famously dropped out of the University of Southern California School of Music to tour with Elton John’s band, and went on to win both a Grammy and an Emmy Award.
In this release, he delves into his film catalog. Howard composed the music for eight of M. Night Shyamalan’s most famous films, including The Sixth Sense and Unbreakable. He reimagined the music with new orchestrations.violinist Hilary Hahn and the pianist Jean-Yves Thibaudet Contribute solo to the project.
