Whichever league Burnley FC play in next season, they will have a new kit supplier.
The Lancashire club announced on Wednesday (May 8) that they are leaving kit supplier Umbro and signing a multi-year deal with British sportswear company Kasstore from the 2024-25 season.
Burnley chairman Alan Pace said: “We are thrilled to be joining forces with Castore as our new official technical partner on a multi-year deal.” “As an organization, we have similar values, a desire to push boundaries, a passion for innovation, and a mission to make athletes better.” Castrore’s philosophy of “Better Never Stops” will last forever. It perfectly aligns with our vision as a forward-thinking football club.
“With a respected portfolio of world-class athletes and brands in sports, we look forward to working together to build our brand globally and create strong partnerships for our fans to enjoy.”
Burnley currently sit 19th in the Premier League with two games remaining in the 2023-24 season. As things stand, they will be one of three teams to be relegated to the EFL Championship next season. They are five points behind Nottingham Forest in 17th place.
If they keep going, Burnley will be one of just two teams under Castro in the Premier League in 2024-25. The other team is Wolverhampton Wanderers.
Newcastle United and Aston Villa had signed Castore for the 2023-24 season. Newcastle in September 2023 switch to adidas Rumors are rife that Aston Villa could make a similar move after players expressed concerns about next season. Castore kit absorbs too much water During the game.
