Some well-known brands are among those shortlisted for a much-anticipated new retail park in Bishop Auckland.
The company has confirmed its lease for the site and plans to move in and begin renovating the store in the coming weeks.
Some of the businesses that have signed up to the scheme include The Range, Home Bargains, Reel Cinemas and Pure Gym.
The developer confirmed this week that construction work is expected to be completed in February, with a grand opening on site in early summer.
This comes just days after fried chicken chain Popeyes announced it would open a restaurant and drive-thru at the retail park, one of 40 new stores across the UK.
Only six units have not yet been leased. We are currently recruiting 2 people.
